This battle can be said to be Modern China's "Stalingrad on the Yangtze".
Hint: It's held in a major Chinese city WC players should know.

A bit more in-depth into this person's personal life:
Born Shixiang, Xiangtan County of Hunan. Family had thatched straw hut and owned about 1.5 acres of land, growing various crops. Father owned Bean curd shop. Income from shop and land supported 8 people of this person's family. Grand Uncle influenced this person (Communist beliefs) in early childhood by educating him in Taiping ideas such as land redistribution, enough food for everyone, banning of foot binding. 1905-1907: traditional Confucian school 1908: modern school, but pulled out as family was suffering economic issues. 1905-1906: drought kills his mother and younger brother
That's all I'll provide for today. More to come tomorrow.

Minor hint and a bit of historical facts: Lin Biao was very well known for ambushes, feints, sneak attacks, encirclements, flank attacks, etc. The person I'm speaking mainly used direct head on attacks, but also applied various tactics such as flanking, etc to achieve objectives such as elimination of enemies or capturing territory. Lin Biao never fought in the Korean War. He was the first choice, but he said his illness would interfere. So, Mao chose the person I am speaking of.

Name China's Four Great Inventions:
1) Navies need this. 2) It led to modern ranged warfare. 3) It is a commonplace object. 4) It is a process required in office/administration work.
