No to both. He is in EW4, if that helps. I know, but if we look up the battle, even if it's on EW4, this feels like cheating. Cisneros?

Now comes the problem of deciding who goes next. Aleksandr Vasilevsky has 2, which means a majority, Iron Duke & The Light Bringer both have 1 tough question correct. No choice, I'll have to use a tough bonus question to break the tie: India invented this commonplace item that most of us use today. Indians first used herbs & their extracts to create this item. European colonial trades introduced it to Europe. Can we get the answer to this one please? I hate loose ends

This was a siege during WW2.
The participants were: Allies - Britain, British Raj, Australia, Poland & Czechoslovakia. (The might've been more Allied nations participating, but the above 5 are what Wikipedia mentions) The last 2 being units under their respective Governments-in-exile. Axis - Nazi Germany & Fascist Italy.
It lasted from 10 April - 27 November 1941.
It was called the Siege of _ _ _ _ _ k.
