Oh my bad just saw it. He was the leader of a losing country during ww2. He initially helped the germans in invading Russia but after it became obvious that they were going to lose, he tried negotiating peace with the allies. Despite all that, his home country was one of the safest nations in europe during ww2 for the jews. He was also the first non german to get the iron cross medal.

- He studied at the Virginia Military Institute and was thus, considered a "foreigner" to the Nationalists.
- He appears in WC3 and WC4.
