My Guderian has maxed all 3 initial skill and I plain to add skill for him. But I meet problem in choosing skills for him. My team: Manstein, Guderian, Rommel for Tank; Yamashita for Inf; Zhukov and Konev for Art; Eisenhower and Yamamoto for Air / Navy, only Rommel has additional skill as Blitzkreig. Please give me your advice for choosing skill for other if you have free time and some explanation. Thanks!

Rumor (I maxed it as my first skill) was important when Guderian wasn't upgraded and had no medals for leader and armour assault. It is also important in Modern War scenarios. But it depends on Your team: if You have enough Rumor (I think it is better to have 3 rumor land generals for Modern war scenarios) generals than it is OK to choose something else. Also in case You are not focused on fast conquests and want Rumor take plain of jungle fighting instead of Explosives. As soon as You have Manstein with PF, imo JF will be better choice.

In fact Explosives is a good skill for Modern war as well. Most of the time enemy's generals sit behind the walls and wait for you to come.

Jungle Fighting? I don't really consider it as a good skill

Jungle Fighting? I don't really consider it as a good skill I also think that plain/jungle/mountain fighting are bad skills for tank generals. But a lot of player still like to use it. PF was good in WC3 as was providing solid part of the total amount of damage. But in WC4 with leader and armor assault skills the amount of damage from plain fighting is not significant to the total amount. Moreover there are a lot of forests and mountains on the map, so it is much more difficult to utilize PF. So PF and JF are more or less same valuable skills in WC4 and quite weak. That's just imo.
