Played it and its one of my favorites I've been doing mission but no country can make units or planes, hella fun

How did you guys made it hotseat? There should be 36 byte in hex Like example 01 00 00 00 03 00 00 00 02 00 00 00 All you need is to change 01 to 00 You can find these in country hex Do this to every country |
