I sent an email to easytech support a few days ago but haven't gotten any response yet. I've been playing WC3 for a while, but just discovered this forum not long ago, and I've been going through it since then trying to find a straight answer but so far no luck. I'd appreciate any possible information or help. Also would like to know if there is even still support for this game, now that WC4 is out.

Now that I've been playing the game for a while and have a better understanding of the strategy and usage of the medals, I was hoping to start my game over fresh right from the beginning. I wasted a ton of medals during the learning process and would like to reset my career so i can use them properly this time.
What has me worried is I just spent $50 on manstein/zhukov and some medals recently and I am afraid of losing them, if I do restart.
BTW. I absolutely love this game, it is far and away the best I've ever played for a phone/tablet that was actually free to play. Especially because it doesn't really force you into spending money on it if you don't want to, just to be able to play, but really just helps to make the game more enjoyable. So thank you for that 👍
This is probably one of the few things that I have ever downloaded on nearly every device I've owned, and its definitely the only one I've ever actually spent money on IAPs. I know that even if I take a break for a while, I'll always come back to it, so I know I'll get my moneys worth.
Thanks again

Tagging Erich von Manstein for help. Don't worry, he's experienced in dealing with the company better than almost anyone else on this site.

Ahhha thanks, I've been seeing his name everywhere, idk why I didnt think of that lol. Also wanted to add that not long after I posted this thread, by 100% dumb luck, I happened to stumble across the purchase confirmations in my email. I was a little worried about that because I saw a post somewhere saying I would need them to redeem purchases, and I didn't know I ever got them.

(through a phone does count too). Rule number one: always keep the receipt. Rule number two: make sure you're not sending your information to a hacker faking a cover as a legitimate company. Pretty much the two most important rules Btw, if he overlooks this thread, I will contact him via PM.

Yeah I get that, this was more of an email getting lost among tons of junk, on a formerly spam free address situation lol. Thanks again though, cause this has been bugging me for a while now. I'm still playing for fun but really want that fresh start so i can do it right this time you know.

In the screen where you purchase IAP there is a restore button. If you start the game again and you press restore you will get the IAP generals you brought back but I am not sure if you will get any medal purchases back since they are consumable IAP

Success finally!! 😃 😃 Dumb luck saved the day..again lol. Decided to download the game on my other tablet earlier thinking at the very least I could use it for a different overall strategy. So i picked my 1st ec and when I went to put him into his first mission i nearly shoot myself, Manstein and zhukov were staring at me. Apparently you don't even need to click a restore purchases button or anything to get them back. I think when my google play games account signed in it must have did it automatically lol.
I'm so pumped to start grinding and finally get the most potential out of this game Nice to know there's great forum support too, so thanks again for all the help

Because I was going to ask that and if the code was the order # but doesn't matter now lol. I wasn't too worried about losing the medals I bought cause it was only like $15 worth and figured just getting the amount of medals I wasted back was more than enough to cover that.

Haha well close enough for me. I've had a string of crap luck in others when it comes to overbearing forum mods on a power trip and elitest members that aren't so much helpful as they are just condescending jerks that just tell you everything you're doing wrong. Not into many forums anymore because of that, and I think the last truly great community I found was in the glory days of diablo 2 haha.

Lol, we just had an issue with some members "rebelling", but as is usual it was handled in a way that no one was bothered. The members that are still on-site are usually really helpful when you ask for it, but can toss aside the seriousness and just go have fun. I suggest you go chill out in the random area or maybe try an RP in our RP board.
