how can i know what is the code of any country in the conquer map?

I don't know if it works like that in EW4, but here's what I did in WC3.
I found out that the countries' hex codes tend to be like the order they are in the stringtable. Basically, go there, find in which order the countries are put and convert their numbers in hex.
