Hello, a lot of you asked what you should do if your game save data got wiped. So I decided to make a thread to avoid saying the same thing over and over again. Credits to my fellow Koreans.
Part 1: Oh, no! My progress got wiped!
Alright, don't panic. Send Easytech an Email, and if you are lucky and wrote the mail in Chinese or English, you might get a response from them. If you aren't so lucky, then sorry, the best way is to restart the game.
Part 2; What can I do to prevent this disaster?
First off, use an app like Titanium backup to backup your save regularly. It ain't perfect, and may not work, but it is always good to save your data. Second off, never play the game on low battery(i.e. less then 10%), as the game tends to reset if your phone is turned off while playing. So what if I got lost track of time while playing and you have low battery? Then take a deep breath, exit the game properly, find a charger, and play while charging.
