Ok so i did a really speedy conquest today (Using Kanue's Guide) At my luck... i got 850 years! so im qondering which peincwss to choose... i already have 2 alots taken so ia it Isabela, Sakurako, Victoria,  I sont jave Lan or Kate yet |

Isabela definetely. If you already have Sophia, you can replace her with Isabela if you plan to keep only 4 slots. Keep reloading the save till you get Lan.

When I was testing I figured out that Lan needs some campaign stars, unlike Victoria who needs resources to receive 850 years. |

Gratz for your 850 years ruled!!!
If you plan to have only 4 slot then I would say the 4 should be Lan, Isabela, Victoria, and another cavalry general.
Lan and Isabela are definite choices. Victoria can be your hybrid infantry/navy general. The last one is up to you. Cavalry general can finish things off quicker in campaigns but Sophia can be good if you find forts are annoying.
