I wanted to start the game all over, and I uninstalled and reinstalled, but the game was like it was before I uninstalled it. How do I get a clean install, without my previous progress?

I haven't tried to do it, but I think if you use deleted game data (in Android it is in storage where you can uninstall game and move to card) that have to work. But in fact WC4 is not like WC3 where you can easily make some errors which lead to restart. Possibly you can compensate your errors.
