Hi guys, this is my first post so I'm not sure am I doing it right, hope u guys don't mind.
I currently have 2599 medals, guderian, timoshenko, rundstedt, Nimitz, Yamamoto, Konev, and Rommel
I have Patton and Donitz in my mind but they don't seem to be a useful addition to my team as other generals I have could perform pretty much the same with or without them
Any opinions in a situation like this? Thanks

I've upgraded guderian to L general with lv5 assault, lv 4 blitzerg, and lv4 plain fighting

When I had 5 gens you have: guderian, timoshenko, Nimitz, Konev, and Rommel, I bought Leeb just because except of Konev he's the only art gen worth to have, and than I started to upgrade. Guderian, Konev, Rommel by now. Now I'm not planning to buy any other gen.

I think I made a tactical error... I had too many objectives in mind at the same time. For completion of all famous Battles and Exercises in Domination probably 2 Navy Generals and 1 Air General are necessary. But only one of them is of some use in Modern war campaigns. I should concentrate efforts on my best 6-7 generals instead and focus on completing Modern war campaigns in the first place. After that Domination. And after that WC records... I think it is the best way to progress through the game (if you play without IAPs and without any additional investments)...

Guderian, Konev, Rommel by now. Now I'm not planning to buy any other gen. It seems that none of ur five generals is good at air raid, like apart from Nimitz but he ain't specialising in air neither. For my case I've bought Yamamoto just for the sake of air actually 🤔 Is Leeb good? R there many occasions to use a second artillery general? I mean I don't seem to be seeing much so far, mostly a group of two tanks, one artillery, two ships, and one infantry 🤔 Do u get to use them often? Btw wt skill did u choose for guderian? |

Ive finished all the scenarios and famous battle, currently doing some farming and occasionally UN campaigns, they're ridiculously difficult to fight with and I just don't have the mood to fight Sth that is created to waste players time, I came to enjoy myself afterall. Hmmm interesting observation, so how would u improve the generals if you were me? 🤔 I'm not sure if I'm spending too much medals on guderian, I think I've already spent over 4000 medals on him already 🤦🏻♂️ And apart from guderian, who should I focus on? 🤔 i got all the medals already, with hero, cross, and assault on guderian at the moment. |

I've read the library and they suggested mannerheim and Arnold, but should I bother buying both of them when I already got the Rommel, guderian, Nimitz, konev, rundstedt, timoshenko, and Yamamoto?

Oh, yeah. 2 Arty generals? There's plenty of occasions where having them can be great. Plus, rumor. Also, air generals aren't really a necessity, from what I recall. Nor are infantry, so that "one infantry" part could easily be replaced by another one. Although, I won't deny that some infantry generals are amazing glass cannons. |

I don't use air raids very much, in most cases I use Nimitz on ships. Just IMO in most cases tank/art gen can do more than air. Leeb is not so good, but he's the best of available. In many scenarios you have 2 arts, no need for second naval gen and it's also hard to get more than 3 heavy/super tanks. There Leeb is ok. Especially in modern war scenarios he's valuable enough. For Guderian I have chosen explosives and rumour. |

Thanks guys, I guess I should focus on upgrading my generals then, thx u so much for ur time In my opinion "first skills - then ranks" Your 6 best generals should have all essential skills upgraded to lvl 5, if you want to complete Modern war hard campaigns... You say you completed all famous battles in Domination. Do I understand correctly? All battles including Gibraltar and Cuba? With only Nimitz and Yamamoto as Navy/Air force generals? |

In modern war I recommend having 2 generals with the rumor skill to quickly cause confusion on the deadly enemy generals. |
