This One Is Very Easy

1.Go To Address 2c
2.Change It For Example 4 Change it to 5
3.Go To Random Unit Here Example

04 00 04 00
00 00 00 00
00 00 00 00
FF FF 00 01
00 01 01 FF

4.Change The First FF To General Id In Hex For Example 43 Is Vatutin Id In Hex Is 2b
5.If You Want To See More General Id Go to commanderdef.xml

6.Change The Second FF To 00 Not Other Else Just change to 00
