if you had unlimited medailles. but you can only have acces to one millitary accedemy, you can only buy generals from that one and only upgrade your eye-covered generals from that one, which one will it be?

Britain has the best aurcraft General (Dowding) and Italy has the best artillery general (Badoglio) but everything else pretty much goes to Germany except for maybe international Turkey maybe has the best infantry general (Nasser)

One question: How many commanders are we allowed to make? just like normal, 3 eye-covered plus all the other general slots you have. but as you know, its better to have 6 great generals than having 12 mediocre generals |

Anyways, Germany of course. They have the bread and butter tank skills for your commanders, and Guderian, Rommel, and Göring.

The academy is awesome and practically (I think) the only type of unit you need the most is tanks, these guys have a lot good tank generals. |

the only downside of germany is that it doesnt have a great artillery general. you got leeb, but hes poor at movement.
but for tanks theres no doubt about it:germany.
and fleet units, well of course Japan is better. but donut ehhh dönitz is the best at submarines and in fleet battle you can use göring on carriers. so also naval is great for germany
for air you got göring.
you dont need infantery much so my oppinion is definitely: GERMANY
