At first, I voted Russia because the eye-covered dudes would be OP then I realized that I cannot increase their stars.
So I changed to German academy.

That's why I voted them. But I wa very close to picking Germany. Nobody really said something about the US one though. |

True, they have marching which can be useful but not as good as artillery. The Americans have somehwat good high end generals but none of the cheaper ones stands out |
