So when I saw his skill I saw lvl 4 plain fighting. he also got 2 stars in tank and artillery. because plains are almost everywhere he got +32 damage in almost everywhere for both tank and artillery. a 5 star general only give +30 damage and in only one category.
crerar costs only 550 medals so i start questining how good he really is.
as far as i can see the only downside of him is that he dont got any other skill except sailor lvl 1.
how do you guys feel about him?

Very, very high output, but no movement and only captain. Unfriendly to beginners. If you reopen on account, you can try him.

I have Crear and he's working amazingly i just put him in a super tank and avid all the non-plain things(i also promoted him a couple times)and hes's just killing things like crazy
