Conquest is so loong to be finished and even with great heroes computer is getting on the nerves of the player.
After finishing Medieval in 45 turns with Japan I found some hints:
-If I have strong gen. he should conquer the cities with the princesses, greatest leaders led by the comp (here I've screw up because I haven't planned best routes for Nobu, Bismarck, Salladin and that caused few turns more
- respect your gens also thous from the pub, because not all of them could regenerate
-putting princesses on crucial places gives great kick, but some cities have no logistic posibillity to raise some units !!!
- Diplomacy if used properly gives you the great wall untill you clean the terrain
-lastly: even with the greatest gens like Nobu with almost paladin set I still lost with some s****tty city in South America defended by the rival of Monty and before that it was attacked three times to cool them down a little (this I've checked to ensure that computer cannot take cities if he doesn't have Jedi vs. Java advantage).
