rumor and explosives. Nimitz will be in a cruiser which has damage bonuses against cities and forts, so explosives will megaboost that to let you be able to capture enemy capital cities in 1 turn  |

Now that I’ve bought Yamamoto who is a hybrid like Nimitz, I think I will be going for Nimitz rather than Dönitz since Yama worked out very well. Camouflage is useful due to air, Ace Forces is excellent and Fleet Leader is a must. Now I just need to add Rumor and Explosives.
Edit: Yet another change of mind, had to dump him due to problems with medals. But I saw that the Pacific War isn’t hard.

Remember, people have done it with just timoshenko Wow. Hey, I was thinking: How about giving Nimitz Airforce Leader alongside Rumor? Ships already have a ton of HP so Cover isn’t that necessary, and Sailor isn’t necessary. Nimitz is already OP on Navy, allowing him to have Airforce Leader would make him OP in carriers as well. I mostly use carriers for killing units from a safe distance instead of attacking cities, so I don’t think Carpet Bombing would be useful for me. |

When you think about it, Nimitz and Konev are quite similar: Two hybrids that are OP at their main role, and that with the right skills, you can make them OP in their secondary role as well since for their main role they will be already complete.
It’s gonna save me the trouble of having to buy either Yamamoto or Arnold in Nimitz's case, and Yamashita in Konev's case.

Wait, I just figured out that Yamamoto is Nimitz with Carpet Bombing and Explosives instead of Ace Forces and Camouflage. They may appear equal, but then again since Nimitz is cheaper he wins. |

Yep. However, Isoroku compensates it by being easier to unlock. Then again, you don’t even need air generals to complete Nimitz's final missions, just some super carriers, carriers and a navy general with Rumor like Kuznetsov in a cruiser.
