Tbh he is not worth anything, just get donitz or yamamoto, he is useless unupgraded and even upgraded won't be the best naval general, I don't recommend him, if you get him you will need to upgrade him hard to get him perform as good as you want, but donitz does better even with stock skills and yamamoto nails him on carriers without thinking, if you really want him well he isn't the worst choice, but he still won't be worth the medals you spend... Bruh, he can easily deal 100+ damage when on a double-stacked cruiser and he annihilates fortifications if you give him Explosives. The best cruiser-type navy general which in my opinion is the best type. My Nimitz's only upgrades are his extra skills, Rumor and Explosives, and he is like Moby Dick for the enemy ships. |

Just use him in ussr 1950 and he will quite strong. Nimitz is the closest we have to a perfect navy general because the only skill of his that sucks is Camouflage. |

^plus all of donitz's skills are relevant, even depot I honestly find Depot and Wolfpack to be useless. Bonus isn't impressive for me and aura is far worse here than in the EW games. Depot, I feel like it heals way too few to be relevant. Again, Dönitz is in a sub, but I still feel that it doesn’t do much ti help him in his survivability. |

Naval battles arent one time-off, there will be many formidable enemies to engage in many different parts of the map. Since there is no way for ships to heal in ports, having depot can be a life-saver for the versatile donitz. Wolfpack is another gem in daily invasions, but if you are p2w then this does not really apply, but if you are desperate for 12 medal naval missions then yes |

Two mediocre skills, only good starting skill is Fleet Leader, when he’s given the other skills he is just Kuznetsov with somewhat more damage and speed, for a price of around 1500 medals more. You can buy him but I would recommend not upgrading Wolfpack and Depot Ship at all. Also, don’t touch his movement stars, 4 stars is good enough. (From 3 stars on the General is fast enough to be reliable) |

This game is from the same company that made Conrad von Hotzendorf and George McCllelan amazing generals in EW6:1914, and also that made Ulysses S. Grant nearly useless. |
