The thing that I like about Zhukov is that he is faster than Leeb and has much higher HP. Although Leeb can be better, you will still need to upgrade him considerably to make his HP and speed high.

If you can, get zhukov and Leeb. 3 arty generals are insane boosts to your 3 tank gens. Otherwise Leeb is as good due to rumor and plain fighting, but you are right where he loses out in so many other area.
p.s. I have never seen anyone use zhukov on an infantry unit. Not even the AI lol

I swear that I’m the only one that sees a different face on Zhukov everytime.
When being used, he seems to have a determined or enthusiasm face, but when you look st him and it shows his full body, he seems to have a rather... depressed face.

Why didn’t they give him Raider and Infantry Leader instead of Crossfire and Artillery Barrage? Manstein is like the only IAP general worth buying. Even if he is worse than Guderian (Though not by much), he is still a god. |

Also, they should have given Eisenhower Rumor and Airforce Leader instead of Shelter and Depot Ship.

I’d say him and Manstein are good buys. But sadly, artillery has very weak health in the beginning. Its just the 6 stars in infantry that makes me cringe. |

Yeah.
Another thing about Zhukov that I don’t like is the fact that since Konev's missions are all fairly easy (If you have max Pacific and European Artillery tech + someone with Level 3 Rumor, the last mission is a breeze), you don’t need to do too much to obtain Konev who is better than Zhukov.
Also, Zhukov is worse than Leeb, who isn’t difficult to get.
