Looking back, he isn’t that bad as an Infantry general. IMO he is actually better than unupgraded Rundstedt. Rundstedt only has Guerrila on Zhukov, but it’s only 12% Chance, and Guerrilla isn’t as relevant as Raider or Infantry Leader. Meanwhile, Zhukov has a considerably higher rank and is a bit faster. Zhukov is IAP but if you have him, buying Rundstedt would be paying 1340 medals for Guerrilla. Zhukov as an Infantry general is good enough to clear most Infantry invasions, maybe even 12-medal invasions if your tech is good enough. What about konev. He has rumor and raider Konev is great, too. But even though he’s (fortunately) among the easiest discount generals to get, Zhukov will serve as a Infantry general for until you get Ivan. |

Im wondering who is better, Konev or Zhukov. Konev, since he can have 2 customizable skills (recommended: plain fighting and rumor) Zhukov does not have rumor, and has crossfire and artillery barrage (former is not that good, latter is a joke) |

If one has Zhukov, either one can choose to not hire Leeb or hire Leeb but give him explosives.
