Osborn has a better skillset. He also looks much cooler than Manstein, who wears the standard Wehrmacht uniform like Rundstedt, Leeb, Guderian, Bock, Heinrici and Model. It’s military standard but he could at least have a unique uniform or item. For example, Patton is an American General but he wears a helmet instead of the standard American hat. |

Best tank general in game! Nah inferior to rommel, rokossovsky, montgomery, and guderian when at their best. But a fantastic starting general. No. He’s inferior to Guderian, better than Montgomery and equal to Rokossovsky and Rommel. Manstein is as good as Rokossovsky, the difference being that the latter requires much more medals to be spent on if you discard the fact that Manstein is IAP. Manstein has better skills than Mongomery, who can’t have Panzer Leader, Armored Assault and Blitzkrieg at the same time. Rommel's Crossfire is better than Tide of Iron, but his Desert Fighting is worse than Plain Fighting. Thus, he’s equal to Manstein. Guderian is better than Manstein because he can have his best skills + Rumor + A 5th great skill. |
