General Sun was known as the “Rommel of the East”.

Harry Lillis "Bing" Crosby JrHave you considered using sun, leeb, or macarthur as tankers for your speedruns. Because for sun, Lvl 5 movement, 5 stars in tank ability, jungle fighting + medal, crossfire, plain fighting, and armored assualt/panzer would make him a quite good speedrunner. For Macarthur: Lvl 6 movement, (only 3 stars in tanks tho ~ forgiveable), entrenchment, and urban would make him a decent tanker You could give him plain and urban fighting, as well as armored assualt, or just panzer leader + armored assualt. He can be a manstein lite. Finally Leeb: Plain + Rumor + 4 star in tanks + 5 star movement + additional skill could make leeb capable of being a great tank general. Overall, I’d say that there are many hidden gems in this game to avoid purchasing someone crappy like Patton to speedrun.

Sun might be good but my scenarios require blitz, armoured assault and panzer leader and stars

Manstein would be ideal but im not able to purchase him.

without blitzkrieg he ends up getting damaged too quick and by the time hes done with 3 cities he will have only 100 hp left... maybe I need to put in upgrades for tide of iron, but he wont last long as well

Then he will only deal 25 less damage than manstein, which isn’t a massive amount id say

Huh, cool. Still, Sun L.R. is quite a good general, and as Friedrich “Fried Rice” Paulus said, he can be useful for speed runs if you don't want to deal with Patton. *good god Patton seems to be nerfed big time*

But at least he can have lvl 5 movement and tide + panzer leader + armored assualt. But then again, Vatutin can have that and more, just without the movement.

Somehow I think that Easytech only wants the player to use Patton in WWII scenarios and conquests.

Somehow I think that Easytech only wants the player to use Patton in WWII scenarios and conquests. Definitely in wc3. In wc4 though, i think the opposite as they did give him two damage reduction skills. Lets be honest though. wc4 patton does more than 1 damage during cold war, unlike the patton from wc3

You don’t need to give Rokossovsky Rumor if you have someone like Arnold around. Really, just give Rokossovsky Armored Assault, Blitzkrieg, his 6th tank star and he will be Manstein with Shelter instead of Plain Fighting, 2 less movement stars (Barely a difference) and Major General rank instead of Marshal. Rokossovsky is the closest thing you have to Osborn.
