Yep. Though I’m usually not a fan of hybrids, Yama is an exception to me. He is better than Arnold because he can have almost the same skills while also being useful in navy. True, he is much more expensive, but this is a different case than Messe/Patton. All of Patton's skills are useless while Messe's skills are all useful. In the case of Yamamoto/Arnold, Yamamoto has skills that are mostly useful for air while also being capable of being good in navy. Arnold's Rumor is more useful than Yamamoto's explosives, true, but he can’t be as good in navy as Isoroku can. In fact, Explosives can be useful for Yama if he is controlling a cruiser or super battleship. Trust me, I HATE Coastal Artillery. The only really essencial skills for air are Airforce Leader and Carpet Bombing, which both Yamamoto and Arnold have. Yamamoto's Explosives are more for navy, and you can also give him Fleet Leader or Sailor to make him even better. Or maybe even both. Overall, Arnold uses Rumor at the cost of losing Yamamoto's navy capabilities, but in compensation being better at land and cheaper. However, Leeb is more useful than Arnold on land while also being more damaging and cheaper. And Nimitz can also use Rumor while also being more damaging than Arnold on navy. I consider Arnold not for his damage, but for his rumor and crowd tactics and air especially in 1980 campaigns where sometimes in Siberia only land units can be utilized

Yeah, like what in the world is that? I don’t know what’s with Easytech buffing the generals and making them Gold-tiver during missions.

Best infantry general that britain possesses. Slim is way better. Slim himself is not great, but hey, he’s super fast, can have 5 Infantry stars and has Plain Fighting. That’s something.

True, but alexander at max potential will be the zhukov of infantry And Zhukov is worse than Leeb and Konev. Good, but not good enough. From a fun standpoint it’s something that you would do, but from a strategic standpoint it’s a horrible idea when Mannerheim is cheaper and way better.

Although you can argue that zhukov is better than leeb. Zhukov retilates harder, hits cities for massive damage, and can deal great damage at 1 hp. Too bad you have to absolutely pour in medals to see that happen.

And since Zhukov isn’t the best of the best regarding Artillery, you don’t feel like you are going to say “I HAVE A GOD IN MY HANDS!” If you fully upgrade Zhukov, instead of when you fully upgrade Guderian, Konev, Nimitz and MAYBE Yamashita.

Not wanting to buzzkill my own statement, but it feels a bit painful when you remember that Yamashita is largely unnecessary because he is useless in Modern War. Well, not useless, but very ineffective to the point where investing in him can be quite the waste of medals due to his high price. It doesn’t feel like a waste if it’s Mannerheim instead because Mannerheim is 700 medals cheaper and all of his useful skills start as Level 3. Also, same rank.

Mannerheim will be very little above 2000 medals with all his ideal skills at lvl 3. Fully upgraded guderian costs 6000 I believe, and yamashita with the same strength will be more than 3000, saving you about 1000 medals.
