I had to do a factory reset on my tablet. Now I notice that all my progress in WC4 is lost as well as my in-app purchases. Is the progress not stored in Google Play Games? Every time I opened the game it connectd to my Google Play Games account though

You can restore your purchases. Your data will be lost though.

Unfortunately, the only ET game that stores data is 3KC (3 Kingdoms Conqueror)

You can restore your general purchase but not the medals. So if you bought Manstein then you can get him back but if you purchased 25000 medals then they are gone.

Exactly what I thought. It think that to lose your progress is “ok”, but to lose what you paid for is not. But I guess most of the people don’t bother to sue them and everything and this might be the reason why this keeps occurring. |

Der Kommandeur, its probaly cause they don't have that big of a player base. I remember ubisoft gave 1 game free after Assassins Creed Unity's launch, as long as you didn't sue them

And the fact that they’re a Chinese company might add too. |

You get all of your purchases back I reset every month because it takes one month to beat.
