Do you need to have a certain rank, qualification, or something like that to create an RP?

Do you need to have a certain rank, qualification, or something like that to create an RP? No, but you should have gained enough experience before doing it. Inexperienced GMs lead to a bad RP.

Papa_Stalin , I think I spent like 2 to 3 months preparing my TW14 (originally was intended to be TW15, but got pushed back) Feel free to look through my old threads, here's one for example: european-war-4.boards.net/thread/3944/brainstorming-relation-tw15My strongly recommended advice to you: WORK long and hard on your RP. A good RP requires a lot of preparation and forethought in advance. That's how you can come up with a RP that people will enjoy playing. I had drawn a great deal of inspiration from good games and did a lot of brainstorming with some other members on what would work or what wouldn't work out well. Sometimes I would pause and just do nothing on it for a day or two, until a fresh idea came to me. I wasn't a host of a current running RP at that time, so I had plenty of time to prepare in advance before I finally hosted my TW. So that's why I took 2 to 3 months of on-and-off work in preparing my TW14 before I actually launch it at all. Experience of my own plus the examples of what happened to other people who tried to rush and botched it made it important to me that I work on my RP before I launch it as a 'product'. It's like: "Don't release an unfinished game until the game is really ready for the public." Same idea, same principle.
