How exactly does it work? Is it when 2 separate units have surrounded the enemy causing the morale to lower or is it simply when 2 separate units are next to an enemy without morale drop?

How exactly does it work? Is it when 2 separate units have surrounded the enemy causing the morale to lower or is it simply when 2 separate units are next to an enemy without morale drop? As I understand it, it gives attack bonus (30 points at lvl 5 + medal) to every unit next to a general with this skill, but not to himself... Imo, it is a great bonus when your generals move together. You have to find a perfect place for this general, but it can give you a significant damage bonus in 20 or so turns. I definitely will use it (I have Messe) but there are some problems with it as well. 1. It is quite expensive. 2. You need lvl 5 upgrade to feel its presence in battles. So far I had other priorities...

A lot have it, and you can put it on any Gold/Silver tier general that got a free skill slot. The complete list of generals that come with this skill as default is: Messe Crerar Timoshenko It’s quite a rare skill.

Also it would be quite a waste not to use that medal in some way...

Also it would be quite a waste not to use that medal in some way... Exactly. and it seems like it could be a useful skill if you have the right team.
