I would be thankful if anyone could help me with supplies 08; break through 07; rescue 09; wipe out 09; hold ground 08
I maybe will able to do the accumulate supplies, but the biggest problem is with the encirclement i could do it but i run out of turns: (

hold the ground:
put a general on the rocket artillery you got and put a general on the field artillery you got and put a general on the super tank, don't create any troops anymore but just save up money, ones your supertank is destroyed, you have to come in with one of your artilleries. after that, you have earned money for another super tank. buy it and put a general on it. ones that is destroyed put a last field artillery on it. (I know you don't have 3 artillery generals so put another general on it. you've won!
break through encirclement:
put your supertank on the 2 city towards the brazilian general to protect him, use a general on it.
for the rest: simply put attention to the goal, don't try to kill other troops, you only loose health with it
Rescue the ally:
don't pay attention to the towers, they can't reach the russian general. put a general on the supertank and the artillery. go straight to stalingrad and don't kill anybody, build a defensife line at stalingrad. on one side you must put the supertank and on the other the artillery, try to keep the lines on the same strength.
Acc. supplies
the top-priority of this one is the oil. go straigt to it and capture it the first. let the aliens take the city from india. wait until they take it and immediately take it back. take the harbour with the weak infantery you got.
