I don't understand why Dowding is alwaus praised because of his economic expert but Tito isn't he's a thousand medals cheaper, but yes, Dowding has air force abilities but I don't find airforce generals useful except for speedrunners. With the remaining 1000 medals you can upgrade his EE and make him a useful general to camp in a city. Dowding is always praised because with that cheap price you get 6 air stars that i believe will be useful in campaign, mission, or frontier mode (we can't speedrun a campaign, right?) . Maybe you just don't know how to use him. |

Tassigny is much better, with both lv. 2 EE, and lv. 3 Architecture. tassigny is trash. He doesn't even have AF stars |

Yeah, I do kind of inderstand but after getting Arnold I found him pretty useless, since you can't have him always there where you launch airstrikes. And while Dowding may be better, I don't see why Dowding's economic skill is praised and Tito's is said to be trash.

what do you expect from 300 bronze gen? on infantry he's bad, while Dowding can provide his airforce attack other than EE.
Yes he's under Arnold in term of pure air gen, but still far better than Tito in term of viable General.

This guy costs less than 300 gold which is nothing in this game. Hence, his role. He may be useful in the beginning, but that's it.
By the way, he has no absolutely trash skills. So he is okay for his money.

He does well on Navy, and his L4 Rumor should be take advantage of on land, putting him on Rox or Mech. Inf to crack cities, get in and fire off missiles/air attacks. |
