Kuribayashi doesn't seem to be worth it. While he has 5 stars in infantry, he only has one ability that's mediocre for infantry. The other two are garbage. If you really want an infantry General, get Mannerheim or Rundstedt. this dude becomes happy

Oh so do they refund the old skill cost and only deduct the new skill cost? For example you swapped 100 medal skill for a 150 medal skill, so you only need to pay 50 medals?
