Get Slim instead if you want a decent, cheap infantry general.
Well, yeah. Although he has 5 infantry stars, he is too slow, and his skills don’t compensate it at all. Tito has better skills than him. Can be a mediocre staring infantry general. Be warned tho, he is extremely close to being useless.

I'll be honest, this guy helped me in my first conquest with Finland. So yeah, his skills suck, but he wasn't half bad on a commando.

I'll be honest, this guy helped me in my first conquest with Finland. So yeah, his skills suck, but he wasn't half bad on a commando. True, but nasser is better. And he is cheaper. But I can understand purchasing Kuribiyashi as a first general I got Kuribayashi because he was the only 5 star inf, and the rest you had to upgrade them. I've restarted since then and I have Messe, I'm saving up for Leeb, and after that I'll just do whatever. I'll probably try to clear out the Rundstedt missions. |

Messe is good but if you don’t upgrade his Rumor to at least Level 4 he won’t perform very well in Rommel's missions. |

Messe is good but if you don’t upgrade his Rumor to at least Level 4 he won’t perform very well in Rommel's missions. I'll keep that in mind. However, I'll probably send him off as soon as I get Rommel. |

For 875 medals, he is pretty much the best price performer. If you want an ok infantry general to never upgrade, kuribiyashi is good for that.
