The guy was a Vatutin lite in wc3 lol. He was pretty strong and carried the ussr conquest in both 1950 and 1960

I don’t think there is a Vatutin lite in this game. The general that has the most similar skills to Vatutin is Bock, yet Bock is more like a Guderian lite.

You know, Bagramyan might be useless in combat, but he’s the cheapest general with Elastic Defense that you can buy.
If you’re good on medals and is willing to take a patient approach to the game, you can buy cheap generals like him that have crappy, but uncommon skills, to do tasks.

Honestly, I think he's supposed to be a cheap hybrid in this game. I would probably say he's Timoshenko Lite as he CAN be a good hybrid, but obviously there are better ones out there.

I just realized while playing USSR 1950 he’s the only general with a blue nameplate. Even Russia knows he’s bad lol
