Elastic Defense? More like PLASTIC DEFENSE!

Not really sure what ET was thinking when they made that skill. «Ye, lets make a skill that forces generals to stand around allied forts because that’s totally what people would do with their gens.»
Even the useless obstacle avoidance skills in EW6/GCR are better than elastic garbage.

Actually, on Iwo Jima, Itagaki was surrounded by reinforced bunkers. If Bagramyan had maxed elastic defense and was in that situation then no one would get through

Yeah that was the only scenario I could think of that made elastic defense decent

Maybe any last stand case so Bagramyan is decent for those hold the ground scenarios when you need bunkers to survive Yeah, but when that's his only niche as a general, he's not exactly recommended for anything else.

Yeah, and Monty's main focus is on tanks, so he can actually be good. Or as I've been seeing as a suggestion here, if not Monty get Leclerc as a city defender.

Leclerc is really good at his niche of defending cities all things considered

However, Bagramyan's 4 stars in Armor won't help him even with Crossfire.
