Charles can serve as a decent supporting artillery general if his Rumor is maxed, but unfortunately he is just 200 medals cheaper than Leeb who is ranked among the best artillery generals in the game.

de Gaulle is just rumor + weak damage. If you want rumor + high damage then yes get Leeb or Konev. If you want to get rumor + weak damage get Arnold he's much more useful

I don’t care about general popularity. If I wanted that, I could simply buy Patton who is regarded as a war hero in American folk.
Would that be a wise choice? No, because I am perfectly capable of getting better generals than him.

De Gaulle seems redundant, especially since you can just grab Leeb soon. But he does look like one of, if not the best bronze general. I disagree. Kuznetsov performs better than most navy generals. He is only outmatched by Mountbatten with Rumor, Nagumo with Rumor, Yamamoto, Dönitz and Nimitz. And even in that case, Kuznetsov is more cost effective than all of them except Nimitz. |
