De Gaulle seems redundant, especially since you can just grab Leeb soon. But he does look like one of, if not the best bronze general.

For example, you see a tank in campaign. With each rank, that particular tank’s output and hp increases, regardless of whether or not it has a general on it. Ace forces boosts how fast the rank of your unit increases. So say zhukov starts on a field artillery at rank 1. Maybe it has 700 hp and 700 damage. By star rank, he might have 1100 hp and maybe 1300 attack. However, if he is not at full health, but maybe has a bit less, take 600 hp for example, at max rank he will have around 900 hp, as the percentage of the health bar remains the same if he didn’t take damage at all. |
