I want to make a mod where belgium has ethiopia, nicaragua, guatemala, brazil, argentina, philipines, mexico, crete, cyprus, north borneo and new guinea and belgium being a three star country in a new conquest
I also want to make a second conquest with the north being flanders, the south being wallonia and spain being brussels
