I used 7-zip, HxD editor, bluestacks, and of coarse the apks.
* 7-zip is like winrar, so you don't need to get it. It's there to open the apk.
* HxD is a hex editor you can use. It's recommended for a PC Windows. That's where you will need to edit maps, countries, and teams.
* Bluestacks is an android emulator. It's like a phone inside your PC. You can't test and play your mod on your PC, so you use an emulator to play it.
* The APKs are the things you are editing. You probably already have them or you already know what they are.
Don't make the mistake I did. I downloaded too many things and got viruses because I wasn't sure what to get.
