Wc3 apk with mods are already unlocked. Use Apk editor to open them.

I have a similar problem. I got the unlocked APK, but my emulator keeps rejecting it.

when i modify unlock apk by mod files. it crashes even signed.

Calgary Flames, i use unlock apk from here only in english/chinese.(i do in mobile)

Questions should be filed in the Modding Discussions and Questions thread.
*All* of the mods on this site are placed on unlocked applications. If your modifications cause a crash it can be of two reasons:
An error in the modification, such as faulty .xml settings (having two of the same unit with different stats, for instance) or in a .btl file. Another possibility is an error in signing. Lucky Patcher is a notoriously inefficient and useless application for anyone except for pirates. I suggest you use APK Editor instead.

I recommend you use Apk editor which you can download online, due to it being cancelled on play store and app store.
