Currently I have saved 826 medals, should I just buy Weygand now or grind 300 medals more to buy vatutin (which will be very tiresome)?

Vatutin definitely, you don't have much slots, so you rather go straight to a general that will be able to shine in endgame as well.

I've finished part 1 with Vatutin only, in Pacific I've stopped in Korea.

I don’t think selling bought generals is possible, but in pacific (where I have Zhukov) there’s a button that lets you swap gens but not get any medals back |
