I simply can't understand how these skills work. They give a damage boost but it does not appear when I check the info about the generals unit ingame. Let's look at konev for example: the super arty now has 74 damage(I only upgraded it so far) and Konev has +30 damage on arty. That means 104 damage in game and it showes it as well. My problem is that I have a 9% boost because of the accuracy skill with medal but it does not show 113 damage as it should.
My only thought about this thing is that I totally misunderstood the mechanism of this skill. So could someone please explain how this bonus damage skill system works?

What it is known for certain is that the damage shown on unit is influenced just by the unit itself (+tech and formation), unit experience, morale and general stars. It would be safe to assume that the bonus from the skills would be added last, in order to get the most benefit out of it.

Accuracy just increases resulting damage by corresponding quantity percents. It works this way: damage is calculated from your attack stats, that it's multiplied according to leader, accuracy and explosives and after that again multiplied according to target's defence and defensive skills.
