I have completed all but one campaign (Sun Never Sets). But I only have earned 2 emblems!! How many emblems are you supposed to have after completeing all the campaigns?

Maybe 4-5 or less.
You don't even get emblems for IE ,Coalition maybe,IIRC.
Up to SNS you must of used some,if not,you got robbed.
There is just not alot emblems to be earned,unless you pay for them.

My game gltiched as well... I got one from Eastern Overlord, and should have gotten one more from American campaign but I didn't. Game glitched....  |

Same with me i got one from imperial eagle and one from eastern overlord and thats all i just finished the america campaign and unlocked sun never sets but got none

no, you get one emblem from french/anti-french, one from HRE/Russia one from American/Britain. Basically if you complete the pair of campaign you will get one emblem.
