I've done a few conquests now on world conqueror 4. I think I have taken every possible city in the game, but when I take cities I notice some cities give a lot more land than others. I have noticed cities in Canada and the USSR give a lot more land than cities in Europe, but what city gives the most land, and what city gives the least amount of land?

The more rural a place is, the more likely it'll give more land. The more urban & small its nation is, the less land it'll give. The rural Siberia has a lot of land, yet has few cities, resulting in more land per city. The urban & small France has less land to give out & more cities to distribute land among, resulting in lesser land per city. |

You can also view which area you'll get as every city is surrounded by a gray line representing its area.
