Example: THE max of tank skill is LVL 4 = 40%

And i want to edit upgrades LIKE laser
Example: THE max power of laser is 500 ( not accurate )
And 3 rounds to Sant
I want to modify and make laser power 1000 or more
And no waiting rounds to attack with laser
