I'm pretty sure Eternal Aurora is the ROC, right? And also, Canada can send troops to fight Germany before 1942, btw.
But whatever, Vatutin can be ROC until Aurora responds.

Same goes for the Free Greek. |

We already confirmed all of this wtf. What is this "Germany, confirmed." Now people can lose their country that they picked 3 DAYS ago to people who want to join right now? Is that fair? We already picked all of the countries. Can we just start?

We are now starting, I am unlocking the main thread and endgame will still be Germany, Aurora will still be ROC, etc. I will not stand for people losing their countries because they claimed their countries when the thread first opened as opposed to people claiming them now.

Jean Lannes, I will give you Bulgaria so that we both control two countries. Managing 3 is quite tiresome. I still have Hungary and Finland while you have Romania and Bulgaria.
