I'm guessing the amount if rebels is very low and they need higher numbers to win direct fights. And I might form a Slavic Balkan Union Please don't form that, the objective is to destroy communism and secure Europe. You will need to arrange with Hungary and Bulgaria about that land (don't know if you can help with the Soviets), but I'd ask you only take land that the Romanians believed was ethnically theirs (I.e. Bessarabia, and some of Yugoslavia) |

He isn't controlling three countries, Mountbatten is controlling Hungary and Bulgaria. And I don't think you should just be able to take over your allies whenever you want. That would be like if the USA could just invade Canada and no one would care. |
