Its simple
Go to assets>json>CommanderSettings.json
And Put SchoolId In each gold commander

Commander | School Id | Name Of Millitary Academy

Manstein | 1007 | Berlin Millitary Academy

Zukhov | 1005 | Moscow Millitary Academy

Eisenhower | 1001 | New York Millitary Academy
