I have been playing world conqueror 4 for quite a while and I want to know in your experience what your favorite skills are and why. I want to switch up what skills I use. Medals and generals are not a problem. I also have all IAPs and spent some money on it.

From my experience, Rumor is the best skill you could have/use

I use rumor but on one art and one tank general... been using the crowd tactics and it's really awesome makes great use out of every unit you can have I was thinking of using two generals with it.
I'm really wondering what people really think of crossfire and some other skills that's not really discussed. I also just reset so I'm gonna get rommel tomorrow so I can test crossfire.

For Crossfire, imagine this: Inf attacks a gen w/o Crossfire, get x dmg counterattack Inf attacks gen w Crossfire, get (x + y%) of dmg. However, this does not apply to situations where counterattacks are not activated.

So is the damage the same as the modifier on the skill like it would be y% or is that the trigger percentage I got rommel and am watching people attack him specifically.

Ace Forces and Cover, esp Cover when upgraded. AF was crucial in WC3

Ace Forces and Cover, esp Cover when upgraded. AF was crucial in WC3 Ace Forces is useful in this game because I remembered someone saying dmg dealt = exp (most likely base dmg). If so, your gens can take the heat of battle & come out strong very quickly, especially in Scenarios. Cover can be good, but many here may prefer offense over defence. It's up to you, but Cover is usually recommended as an extra skill if you've gotten all the skills you need.

So is the damage the same as the modifier on the skill like it would be y% or is that the trigger percentage I got rommel and am watching people attack him specifically. The skill description will tell you which numbers are trigger % and which are dmg increase/decrease %. For skills like Armoured Asault, dmg increase is guaranteed, but % increase is the only thing you can change.

Thank you Oda and I can agree about ave forces it makes graziani super powerful in some of my senarios and one of my favorite generals for early conquest good survivability and their are more mountains than for some of the one star countries.
I'm sad more people don't have cover that have the other skills like Patton he could've been so much better I also am loving crowd tactics as it boost manstein and guderians attack through the roof.
