Hi,
I'm currently at Han5 in the classical age and have a few questions for the more experienced players.
1. How far is one able to get without bought generals/upgrades? 2. Which general(s) should I consider buying first? 3. Can I autocomlete a conquest? 4. Is it worth autocompleting the first missions, as you get 150 gold doing so?

NetherFreek, Its a long time I played it and stoic answers the last period often.. but he is atm not active... Let me think. 1... I don't think any1 in here tried... Especially since lots of generals are cheap gold and no medal generals.. I think EW5 is also more a journey instead of saving.. So just by getting each step a bit better (tech and general and gear) will make you proceed.. 2.... There is a thread that shows the different teams people used for ending the game.. It depends on your path which generals u want to get... But in general Nobunaga is in most final teams.. If you think you will be a larger type.. Moctezuma will be a good1 and cheap to upgrade a bit. 3... You can after a while. have good generals with logistics you can do the battles automatic.. full conquests can be done but are taking ages @4.... It is worthy if your are stuck and short by gold... In the end gold ill be not the problem.. it will depend on your game speed.. Sincerely

Regarding 1&2 it's definitely possible to get a lot further than where you currently are, I saved all my medals until I could afford Nobunaga as my first general purchase and can certainly recommend him. I don't have Atilla myself but he's another popular one. 3. With 99% certainty, not yet. 4. It depends how much you value your time (considering a broadsword costs 15,000)
