You can regroup your OWN trainers into your OWN gens, this increases number of stars gens have in the category your trainers train, by 1*. For example, you regroup a cav trainer you bought into your gen. This gen will get 1 more star in cav. However, you can only have a max of 5* in each category, so do not waste your medals regrouping a trainer into a gen who has maxed out the category which the trainer trains. |

Buy them at the Academy,you may have to refresh a few times to get one you may want.
By refreshing,that is the circular arrows,(you may have 3 if not done it yet)and you will have to battle to get more refreshes.
