I played with Mexico. It was pretty easy. First take Kuba then send some generals to Europe and try getting some city in the same time send a naval general to the pacific to slow down China. If you want you can take the neutral south american countries too like me ;-). I sent Guderian he conquered hohle south america for me without taking damage.

Or did you attack asia with guderian after you controlled the seas? |

Definitely, it has to absolutely be non WTO due to the navy spam. Countries such as Portugal, Greece, and Turkey are the best if executed right. If you play as WTo, I’d say play as either egypt, nk, or romania.

Easiest is Portugal,Mexico ir Brazil,the trick for 1950 is to sent all of your troops to africa,take down egypt and other middle east allies,then storm the balkans and cut the poles out of the fight at the same time take Stalingrad and its easy from here then,i farm 1950-80 conquest for money and resources thats how i knew this trick since the balkan allies of the SU do most of the work weaking French cities. very insightful, for those looking to play with Spain or Portugal this is the strategy to employ. Send all your generals as well to secure africa and then ensure that you can start launching attacks from the balkans against poland and the ussr before Western europe is overrun (abt 20 turns?) |

Probably he attack Asia after controlled the sea, or his main forces take Europe then ussr and then China (that usually also controlled Japan and southeast Asia). The second option can takes very long turn, more than 100, I guess. |

The second option can takes very long turn, more than 100, I guess. hmm thats untrue, Once the front crumbles the sheer force of the numerous NATO powers will be able to defeat and invade russia on their own, its just a matter of defeating the soviet generals before any progress can be made |

Thanx! Need a one star for 1980 now... I finished Mexico in 1950 recently, in just 51 turn. No need to attack neutral country in South America. Just split your forces directly 1. Save Japan immediately before defeated (but steal Tokyo and Yokohama or other cities) then take Korea and Manchuria, as they have missile and nuclear. Then the rest of asia. 2. Defeat Cuba. After Cuba, you can go to Europe and fight USSR rather than go to Africa, as the cities in Europe have good resources that important for your campaign. The key to fight USSR is to take their cities with air attack and paratrooper, when it's undefended / low defend. Take Paris if it's have fall, or Brussels/Amsterdam, then Oslo & Stockholm, then Riga. There are missile in Riga so you can use your industry saving to develop your battle position and capture more cities with missile. The rest is easy. |

Easiest 1 star countries to play in 1950 (in order): 1) North Korea 2) Iraq 3) Romania 4) Bulgaria 5) Mexico scandinavia is way easier than the Balkans (isnt mexico 2 star? lol) Plus our favorite ROC is easier as well since you just need minimally 3 solid gens |
