Another question, why is your Konev still in Oslo? I left him to heal. He literally got below 10 hp so I didn't want to risk losing him in case I needed him again.

YES!!!!! GREAT JOB!!!!! Also, tristanknight, you beat me by 2 turns!!!!! Hmpf Thanks. I did make a mistake at the end that cost me probably 2 turns, and that's not taking notice of Thailand having one city in the Philippines.

My Norway conquest. Holding the ground took about 25 turns. I captured Denmark on turn 13. I took out the smaller countries first, Poland, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria. Yes Yes. I managed to catch them with spam from Obus. Now, only China and a small part of the USSR need to be dominated. I usually use missiles and strategic bombers to take care of the Far East. I also used Dowding, whose helped a lot with high hp cities.

Well, I don't have Dowding, so I'm using Nimitz as a replacement. He's a good aeronautical general's cap. Nimitz is a very good air general, especially with his price. You can beat all the conquests I think without a pure air general, although Dowding/Arnold does speed things up.

I've tried every one star country except for Cuba and Switzerland for obvious reasons and I've found that the easiest one star country is surprisingly Mexico.
I started by taking over both cities of Cuba and making an extra battleship and later one heavy tank with a gen. I then made an infantry gen and started to produce carrier ships and proceeded to asia Then I sent all of my troops to Japan which had already been taken over and managed to take the north two cities of Japan and proceeded to push China and Russia back. So far Britain is close to death and France is completely destroyed however with the momentum you gain in china you'll have plenty of power to take Britain and every other country

I just completed an Egypt conquest that took about 250 turns lmao. This was bad, I just used the auto battle thingy over 2 nights. The weird thing is I still got a B rank, which I would have expected to be lower

On the subject, what is the easiest/fastest country (any star) for someone with decent generals in 1950? If I get A Rank, I get the 500 medals which will allow me to get Rommel.

Try Brazil, the guide is on the library, you get decent gen and good economy (best among the 1 star country). Try to quickly reach asia (hongkong or thailand) with help from your allies as your asian base. To liberate europe, attack from africa and gain naval domination in mediteranean sea.

I think this may be Turkey. Though the beginning is difficult just because of the spam, but if you can survive that, the rest is easy. Plus it helps that all your enemies are on the same land mass as you, so no ocean to slow you down. I find it an advantage to ignore Egypt in Africa, as the AI allies are reliable and will keep Egypt busy, so you can focus on Iran, Iraq, Soviets and the Balkans. Just be sure you have rumor because AI Rokossovsky will come at you beginning on turn 7.
